The main thing that decided the speed of your system is the amount of free memory it has. With time programs will accumulate reducing the amount of free RAM. The best thing is to free up memory by removing as many programs as possible or by adding more memory.
5. Fix your registry.
The registry holds program configuration and other user preferences that are required by the operating system. However with time these entries may become corrupt and the system will have to spend a lot of time to locate the correct information it needs. Therefore it is recommended to employ a system and registry cleaner to fix the registry to improve computer performance and get a slow computer fix.
